Maintenance of PVC floor
Sand protection
A gravel protective mat should be placed at the door of the house and the hall where the PVC floor is used to prevent the shoes from bringing the gravel into the room and scratching the floor surface. Protection for
goods handling:
Do not drag on the PVC floor when carrying articles, especially those with sharp metal at the bottom, to prevent the floor from being injured.
Smoke and fire protection:
Although the PVC floor is a fire resistant floor (Class B1), it does not mean that the floor will not be burned by fireworks. Therefore, when people use the PVC floor, they should not put burning cigarette butts, mosquito-repellent incense, electric irons, and high-temperature metal objects directly on the floor to prevent floor damage;
Regular floor maintenance:
The PVC floor shall be cleaned with neutral detergent. It is not allowed to use strong acid or alkali detergent to clean the floor, and regular cleaning and maintenance work shall be done;
Daily maintenance: clean the ground with a clean mop that is 90% dry, and locally clean the seriously polluted ones;
Monthly maintenance: the ground is clean, and the ground with partial foundation damage is waxed. In particular, the homogeneous PVC floor is generally treated and maintained once a month by waxing the floor;
Pollution treatment:
Dirty ink, food, grease, etc. on the PVC floor should be wiped off, and then the traces should be wiped with diluted detergent. When the residual black leather shoe prints are difficult to remove, you can use the veil stained with pine perfume to scrub, and you can not pour pine perfume on the floor for cleaning. After scrubbing, wax should be added for maintenance;
Matters needing attention:
PVC floor should not be cleaned with cleaning balls and knives. For dirt that cannot be cleaned with conventional methods, consult relevant personnel. Do not use acetone, toluene, and other chemicals indiscriminately;
Chemical protection:
Avoid a large amount of water staying on the surface of PVC floor for a long time, especially the block floor and the homogeneous floor. If the water soaks the floor for a long time, it may seep under the floor to make the floor glue melt and lose its adhesion. It may also make the protective wax and water layer on the floor surface cause floor pollution. It may also seep into the interior of the floor to cause floor discoloration (homogeneous floor);
Sunlight protection:
Avoid direct exposure to strong light, and do a good job of ultraviolet radiation on the floor to prevent discoloration and discoloration of the floor.
