The wheat harvesting task for the "Three Summer" season has been basically completed
This year, large-scale wheat harvesters across the country were fully launched in late May, rapidly advancing from south to north. As of June 18th, key wheat harvest areas such as Southwest China and the Yellow River, Huaihai, etc. have basically completed their harvest, while wheat harvesters in northwest regions such as Xinjiang and Gansu are still ongoing. The progress of summer wheat harvest nationwide has reached 96%, and the task of "three summers" wheat harvesters has been basically completed.
It is understood that this year's wheat harvest presents four characteristics. One is sufficient supply of machinery. More than 600000 combine harvesters have been invested in various regions, and as the wheat crops mature, cross regional work tools are guided to be transferred in an orderly manner from south to north. During the peak wheat harvest period, over 200000 combine harvesters were put into operation on a single day for 9 days, with a maximum of 250000. The proportion of wheat harvesters exceeded 98%. More efficient and low-loss harvesting equipment has been put into the production line, and the 9-10 kg/s high feed rate combine harvester has become the mainstream model for cross regional operations, further improving the harvesting efficiency. It has basically achieved maturity and harvest of one piece, without the situation of "grain and other machines". The second is strong service guarantee. More than 2970 green highways and nearly 3500 cross regional operation reception service stations have been established in various regions, effectively ensuring smooth cross regional transportation of agricultural machinery. We have opened more than 1340 hotline numbers for agricultural machinery operation service support, answered more than 11300 calls, and promptly answered policy inquiries and helped solve wheat harvesting difficulties. The meteorological department regularly analyzes the weather situation, timely releases forecast and warning information, and provides reference for wheat harvesting and agricultural machinery transfer. PetroChina and Sinopec gas stations in various regions have opened over 5200 preferential refueling channels for agricultural machinery, providing "oil delivery to fields" services during peak harvest periods. Thirdly, the progress of harvest is fast. For 16 consecutive days, the daily machine harvesting area in China has remained above 10 million mu, and the wheat harvesting speed has continued to peak. The machine harvesting progress is 2-3 days faster than usual, and the end time of concentrated machine harvesting in key provinces such as the Yellow River, Huaihe River, and Hai River is about 5 days faster than usual. During this period, local areas affected by rainfall organized pre rain harvesting to achieve appropriate and fast harvesting, and to buy sufficient time for subsequent machine seeding operations to seize favorable soil conditions. Fourthly, the machine harvest loss is low. While striving to catch up with the progress of machine harvesting, various regions have also organized extensive training on machine harvesting skills and competition to reduce losses. During the wheat harvesting period, agricultural mechanization technical backbone has been dispatched to strengthen field tour guidance and effectively improve the level of machine operator operation. The preliminary monitoring of wheat harvest in the province shows that the average machine harvest loss rate of wheat remains at a good level of around 1%, which is better than the industry standard requirement of 2%, effectively ensuring the return of summer wheat grains to the warehouse.
