Ready To Order Terms of Service

Access to and use of the https://www.lydd-global.com/("Site") and related services (collectively, the "Services") are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Service and any other rules and policies posted on the Site, including the Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms of Service" or "T&Cs").

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") and the documents referred to within them. We reserve the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. References to "Lydd", "we", and "us" are references to Ningbo LYDD E-commerce Company Limited or another company within Lydd group (where applicable).

We will collect, use, store and disclose any personal data provided by you in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

To place orders with us, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:

Be aged 18 years of age or over;

If you are purchasing on behalf of the company, you must comply with the decisions or authorizations of the company's decision-making and approval bodies without any legal flaws.

Understand and enter into a Sales Contract;

Providing personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate

Use eligible payment methods such as wire transfer, letter of credit

 

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, PRICE AND AVAILABILITY 

The images, specifications, descriptions and standards of all products are provided by the suppliers. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on the Site are accurate and kept up to date. We do not guarantee that the product images and other details you see are an accurate representation; for example, colors of the actual product may differ from the images shown on the Site.

The price of products shown on the Site is set by the suppliers and will be updated according to the market. When you receive Sales Contract from us, the product quote is subject to a time limit. If the contract is not signed within the specified time frame, the product quote may change.

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price by the suppliers. Items in your order are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once a product is sold out, it may still be listed on the Site.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties applicable to your order depend on the shipping country of your order. We advise you to contact your local customs authority to determine the cost of import tax and duties of your order prior to your placing orders with us.

PAYMENT 

You shall make payment methods that we require, such as wire transfer or letter of credit.

DELIVERY AND INSURANCE

Generally, Products are transported by sea freight or by other methods agreed upon by the parties in the Sales Contract. The use of different Incoterms in the Sales Contract can affect who is responsible for paying import duties, or insurance on goods. 

It is your responsibility to comply with all requirements imposed by local Customs authorities in relation to your order (including requirements regarding the provision of identification information in order to receive your order). We recommend that you make yourself aware of local import duties and any other requirements before placing your order.

GENERAL TERMS 

Severance
If any of these T&Cs shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining T&Cs.

Entire Agreement
These T&Cs govern our relationship with you. You agree that you have not relied on any representation outside of these T&Cs. Nothing in these T&Cs shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between the parties in relation to the content of this Agreement or its implementation, the parties shall endeavor to settle it by friendly consultation; in the event that consultation fails, it shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of CIETAC in force at the time of the application for arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
