About IBI-99 Chain Business Festival

Modeled after China's well-known B2C shopping festivalssuch as “Double 11" and “618". this is the premier B2B e-commerce event for the industrial supplychain. Since 2016, it has been held for nine consecutive years.

Distinguished guests from national ministries and commissions, diplomatic missions in China, international organizations, national-level industry associations, local governments, and the organizer will deliver remarks and discuss pathways for innovative integration of global industrial chains and opportunities for high-level opening-up and cooperation.

2. Launch Ceremony of the 2026 9.9 Global Business Linkage Festival

More than 1,800 key domestic and international enterprises across industrial and supply chains, Top 500 companies, central and local state-owned enterprises, local governments, industry organizations, and financial institutions will gather to witness the launch and open a new chapter in global industrial collaboration.

3. Fengtai Opening-up Development Conference

Guest speakers will introduce Fengtai District’s industrial-policy advantages, while major achievements in the district’s opening-up cooperation and industrial investment promotion will be showcased and announced onsite.

4. Industrial Connectivity and Deep Integration: Presentation on the Duoduo Platforms’ Industrial Digital Economy Practices
