The digital design system for hydraulic structures of inland ship locks has passed acceptance.
Recently, the sub-task project "Development of CCCC BIM Platform (2024)" undertaken by CCCC Water Transportation Planning and Design Institute has passed the review and acceptance. This sub-task relies on the CCCC Group's Traffic Blue Path BIM Base System, focusing on the development of the "Digital Design System V1.0 for Hydraulic Structures and Reinforcement of Inland Ship Locks Based on Domestic BIM Platform," providing an independent and controllable technical solution for the digital design of hydraulic structures for inland ship locks.
The project revolves around the digital design requirements for hydraulic structures of ship locks, conducting key technical research based on the domestic BIM platform, including parametric entity construction, complex geometry modeling, real-time verification of multi-parameter interface associations, and automatic drawing of non-preset reinforcement diagrams. It has developed a digital design system for hydraulic structures of ship locks. This system enables rapid modeling of the main structure and auxiliary components of ship locks, refinement of structural models, interactive reinforcement, and output of drawings and engineering quantities. It has been validated through project examples and obtained software copyright. Relying on the group's digitalization special project "Development of CCCC BIM Platform (2025)" sub-task, the project team is advancing the upgrade and iteration of this system to version V2.0, while simultaneously developing the "Digital Design System V1.0 for Inland Waterways Based on Domestic BIM Platform," continuously supporting the deep application and domestic substitution of BIM technology in the inland water transport sector.
